“We are now at a point where the question of climate change is much more political than it was,” says David Victor, a senior adviser to the climate change policy group, Global Zero. “Everyone is looking to see if Mr. Trump means what he says and if he is going to back off on the Paris deal and go and renegotiate the NAFTA deal.
