If on the other hand I choose that I will choose the younger younger than me that will be older than me (i.e. I will be traveling backward in time by 2.0 delta), my current time will correspond to 1.0 Delta (1). This represents the distance between me and the distant future. Hence, by going forward in time in the opposite direction from my current time line, I will also be traveling backwards, thus the time I travel backwards will be equal to 1.0 delta.
