As the NFL season winds down and the final game in the season nears, it’s time for another round of debate and the inevitable argument over which teams have the best young players.

With that said, let’s take a look at how some of those same teams have done with their draft picks. We decided to look at the rookie drafts from 1991 and 2009 and see which teams have had the best in terms of overall success with their draft picks.

First of all, we’ll take a look at each team in the NFL from 1991 to see how they’ve handled their picks. Then we’ll look at how their draft picks compared to their total draft picks and the success they’ve had in the NFL that draft year.
