This is a question that often arises and is often the catalyst for weight loss. And yet, there is no single technique which will do the trick to make your waist size slim down, and what works in one day won’t work the other day, and vice versa. However, following a few simple guidelines you can go about making a change and hopefully not struggle too much when you do finally start to see results.
Tip 1 – Increase your Water Intake
If you’re looking for some extra slimming, your water intake should be increased by 1g per day (6oz per day for a 100kg person). This will allow you to drink fewer fluid ounces through the day and save up weight.
Tip 2 – Eat Right
The same goes for your meals as well – be sure to eat some carbohydrates, as well as protein and fibre. A good rule of thumb is to include a small serving of protein plus a portion of carbs that does not include added sugar.
Tip 3 – Exercise
Don’t be shy about taking up your own time and physical activity. If you’re new to resistance training, start here. And as the saying goes: “the key is getting out of your comfort zone”.
While it is possible to exercise at home, you will definitely need to be on your mobile. If you’re using your computer or a smartphone then this may be a good time to start thinking about starting out with a bit more cardio training.
Tip 4 – Try The ‘Stick’ Method
There’s got to be a way to get an even more slimming effect with just two simple steps. The Stick Method is the only method that works.
The Stick method is a technique which involves sticking a stick or other heavy object between the waistline and your rib cage. You’re going to hold such a stick between the rib cage and waistline continuously for as long as you can manage for at least 20 minutes after you wake up in the morning. You can do this for as much or as little time as you like and it’s highly recommended that you don’t take yourself too seriously, so you’re not tempted to use it to beat yourself up once it’s done. So make sure you don’t overdo it!
Tip 5 – Eat Fruit
