How much weight can you lose by drinking water?

Drinking water is a good choice for reducing weight and the risk of diseases such as cancer, high blood pressure and heart disease. It also helps you lose weight since it promotes a healthy weight. However, regular drinking of water is not recommended for everyone.

The New York Jets are currently in a state of flux, with both general manager John Idzik and head coach Todd Bowles having come and gone. It’s hard to fault either for the current state of the franchise, but it’s also hard to believe that either idzik or Bowles are completely happy with how things have gone. That’s despite all the success the Jets have delivered over the last several years and plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the future, including the fact that the Jets have been the second best team in the NFL in 2015.

New coach Todd Bowles and general manager John Idzik have both left their marks on the Jets.

With both departing, it is a good time to consider whether the Jets should look for a head coach who will be able to rebuild the current roster and build a new foundation for the roster. The problem with some of the candidates in the running is that you usually don’t want to give up on a successful coach when a new one gets hired, especially a person who is going to be around for a long time. The fact that the search is going on at this point also suggests that Idzik and Bowles will have plenty of time to look for a better, or maybe even stronger candidate, before either hire is made official or finalize their personnel plans.

In this regard, the Jets’ list of coaching candidates includes the likes of Jason Garrett, Adam Gase and Chip Kelly. The three coaches most likely to land the Jets at the moment are Gase and Kelly, although that depends on whether or not Kelly decides to leave the 49ers after this season.

The bottom line? This process is a very, very long one and it could take years for the Jets to find the right person to take over. At the end of the day, the only way to find out if the best candidate fits into the Jets’ current regime is to go out and make your selection. I think it’s prudent to have at least one veteran defensive coach on the board with the Jets, even one who isn’t on the coaching staff right now, though I’d be surprised if the Jets hired a free agent. The question here is whether or not we’ve seen enough from the current staff, especially with
