Probably, especially as your body starts adapting to the sudden stop. You may feel that you eat less or gain weight. But if you continue to eat it is likely that you will still be able to lose the weight if it doesn’t rebound until you resume eating normal.
Does it matter what food I’ve started eating?
No. Your goals will be the same regardless of what foods you’ve been eating.
Does it matter whether or not the “break” is just 1 hour or 3 hours?
No. If you have a “break” of 3 hours or less and try to continue, you will see an improved metabolic rate. Also, if you are eating breakfast and eating a low fat healthy diet, then it’s likely that you will still lose weight, so start slow.
What are some of my diet plans?
It doesn’t matter what diet plan you choose. If you start your day with a healthy fat balanced breakfast or snacks that are low in fat that you enjoy, then that will definitely be a good start. Just make sure that you can sustain your diet during a “break”.
What are your current meal plans?
As of August 2016, I recommend that you stay on a fat and calorie balanced ketogenic diet. I suggest trying to keep your carbohydrate intake to 50% of your daily calories (excluding protein) or less.
