We think this is because the price tag on a good quality tool—one you can confidently upgrade yourself—is usually worth more when you’re building something special. They also consider various decisions of the U.S. Circuit Courts. The United States Supreme Court considers a case and decides whether this particular case satisfies its own requirements or not. Therefore, the federal courts have to consider cases on the same law with the United States Supreme Court as the basis of the decisions.
